Definitely NOT beep-beep

10,000 Birds

It is definitely not a “Road Runner” And it is definitely, certainly, absolutely not a Lesser Roadrunner , the roadrunner of choice for tropical Mexico and northern Central America. More Heath Birding around Bonn

10,000 Birds

I was especially looking forward to take some better photos of the birds I saw last time, which I only managed partly. After all, I’d rather call myself a birder than a bird photographer, although I have to admit that I enjoy doing both more or less equally.

10,000 Birds

Well, 2023 has ended, so it’s time to look back at the past year’s birding. The pleasures of birding are many and varied, so this kind of post always involves a list. I will also return to several birds which have already appeared here. The post My Favorite 2023 Birds first appeared on 10,000 Birds.
