Ending 2021 with the Steller’s Sea Eagle

Clicking on the blue url, I gasped, my eyes widened, the hair on the back of my neck stood up: the Steller’s Sea Eagle had been spotted in Maine, just over an hour from where I stood at that moment. I celebrated with them when they spotted the eagle.

Springtime in Bonn

I was rewarded with nice scope views of Eurasian Eagle-Owls – by no means a surprise sighting as these birds breed here. Nonetheless, seeing these huge owls never gets boring, even if they only doze on the cliff face. Eurasian Eagle-Owl The Rheinaue park close to our appartment was also productive again.
