The Ash-throated Flycatchers ( Myiarchus cinerascens ) pictured below start their nest base with dry cow or horse dung. The featured image at the top of the post is the same group of nestlings showing one of them begging for food. The cup is made up of dry grasses, rootlets, and weed stems, then lined with finer grasses, hair and fur.

The horse is probably out of the barn on this plant anyway, as it has spread quite a bit, but I can see both sides of the argument. Collared Aracaris are weird for toucans in that they often travel in groups unlike other toucan species which are in general likely to be seen in ones or twos.

Fair parts of the property were used to cultivate different crops, some areas were pasture for cows and horses, and other areas were covered in forest that was meant to be logged, selectively or otherwise. The bird came to the edge of the forest and even waited long enough for everyone in the group to see it through the scope!

There were three other small groups staying there and after dinner we all drove 40 minutes to the cliffs. The group we were with mentioned that they had seen Minke Whales just off the coast of the fjords the day before, but we missed out on our drive back south.
