HELP! How to care for baby guinney fowl (keets)?

We had about 15 little keets hatch, and we do not know how to keep them warm :0 We got a lamp with a warm bulb, and have positioned it above the keets. Most are ok, but some are struggling, and very cold.

There are hordes of fowl here (fowl of the water) in winter, with geese having the most prominent presence. But this post is not about Falcated Duck. We were at Colusa National Wildlife Refuge, of course, which is not only home to Falcated Duck, but many other birds.
