I am not sure of the date, still have to find it in one of those notebooks, but I was some 150 miles south of Belgrade, at the Celijsko Dam, counting Eurasian Coots , many of them grazing the banks, very much like domestic chickens would. Among the birds in the shallows, there was one strange sight. What is it doing??
