Hopping almost right next to me, I later identified it as the Boat-tailed Grackle ! Their wedding, which was beautiful, was held right on the beach. Brown Pelicans swooped overhead and I spotted two Ospreys nesting on top of a light pole across the street. Though they are common in Florida, this was the first I had ever seen.
