In my opinion dogs would be the first to go. Although I love dogs they're too dependent on humans, it's true that stray/feral dogs can form packs and survive in the wild a regular dog like a golden retriever would get eaten by a lion instantly. Cats would be the next.

Only one eyewitness talked, a lady which said "I saw Oliver with a man together going to a warehouse, I heared Oliver crying and when the dog came out it was injured. Only human hands are possible to do such things!

It took nine years for my picture book, THE BLUE HOUSE DOG, (Peachtree Publishers/August 1, 2010) to come out. The boy was wounded by his loss, just as the homeless dog was wounded when his owner died.
