Injured Bat, and now?

I think my Cats didn't harmed him/her, but you never know. I try to call NABU, an animal welfare, when someone is on their Hotline. Maybe one of my Cats caught her/him? I placed her/him without further inspection on a post on my balcony and hoped He/She flew away, but nope. She/He was still in the ground.
