I’m considering putting a litter box outside for four homeless neighborhood cats. My household and two others care for these cats. They don’t have a dedicated place to poo and go anywhere and everywhere. There are raccoons that come through if I don’t remove and clean up the food every day.

i found a bit of a slumlord where it doesnt really specify how many dogs i can have but im terrified of being homeless again and if i have to hide her 24/7 im worried it will stress her. I have to rehome my dog but i feel like im abandoning her i had a place that allowed dogs.
