He’s currently residing with a loving foster family but the good news is he has just been adopted to a family in Canada!! There is a bit of a drama around the adoption of the Portuguese (yay!) Some are saying that President Obama broke his promise to get a rescue dog. Bo is not really a rescue dog. He came from a breeder and did not have a successful first placement, but his is nowhere near the tough stories we hear about in shelters.
