The other day, Minneapolis, Minnesota passed a feral cat ordinance. So I put together a “carnival” (of sorts) of Feral Cat Ordinances and Issues that samples current events across the US. From the Star Tribune : Feral cats win a round at Minneapolis City Hall. This got me wondering what other cities were doing.

I had another reason for that, trying to support a local NGO and its projects to educate Afghan women – something that is extremely important due to the current Taliban ban on female education past 6th grade. And of course, there is a large number of Rock Doves (feral), particularly near one particular mosque.

Instead, bring your child to fundraisers, to sanctuaries, to demonstrations with trained education animals. A pet cat raising orphaned ducklings! That is, until … you get the picture. I know nothing about kids.
