Quantico Military Base is really behaving cruelly when it comes to the feral cats on its base. Frizzell explained that a large population of feral cats is ultimately detrimental to the overall environmental health of the base, its native species and ecosystems. Feral cats may be an animal problem, but there is a human solution.
