while herbivores are represented by Chital and Sambar (above) deer, Wild Boar , Nilgai antelope, etc. The commonest large mammals of the park are smallish, spotted forest deer – Chitals, and we often encounter small herds. “Yes, we did – so what? We’re here for the birds!” The largest reptile is the Indian Mugger Crocodile.
