Coyotes in Carbon Canyon

When staying with Daisy’s family in Yorba Linda, California, I often wake up early in the morning and take the short walk up to the southern end of Carbon Canyon Regional Park to do some birding. As I made my way into the park I spotted first one Coyote and then another and then another. Have you had a cool Coyote encounter?

Why don't Pumas/Mountain Lions/Lynx form packs?

which are also animals) On Netflix's "Predators" they show a Puma family that doesn't form a pack but it seems like life in a group would be a lot easier. Similarly wolves and coyotes do form packs and have quite a bit of success. It seems like creating packs is the best survival method for animals and humans.

The Greater Roadrunner , a member of the cuckoo family, is native to much of the Southwestern United States, and northern Mexico. Coyote for keeping this great bird as popular as it is! Ever since that first one, they have come to be quite a common sight considering how much I travel the roads of the southern Baja.

Odd family trees, the Hippopotamus is closely related to whales, dolphins and porpoises, the elephant is closely related to manatees, dougongs (reasonable), and the little rock hyrax, yes a little mountain loving hamster is related to the thickest b h in the land, also horses are closely related to rhinos and tapirs.

They have recently lost the last of their juvenile fluff and it looks like they may be getting down to the serious business of raising a family! The flip-side to this is that nesting in an urban area versus a rural area provides the owls with more protection from natural predators like coyotes and bobcats.
