So i just saw a short on YouTube about a black bear, just chilling with a group of people at a picnic table and he calmly sat down and ate a sandwich with them. I've also seen a video of a grizzly just lazing about next to a man near a river stream, like literally 3 feet away from the guy.

A declawed, defanged bear is chained to a stake as hunting dogs bark and snap, trying to force the bear to stand on its hind legs. The training exercise called bear baying is intended to make the bears easier to shoot in the wild and it's only allowed in South Carolina. State law on the issue is murky.

I've only been able to watch this video, and read the comments, once. The video is in Spanish. On Huffington Post, the comments below the video are worth reading (just scroll down.) I think that such haters can't bear a non-human being heroic. Not other humans in general, but themselves.
