New England Reptile Distributers just released a video explaining a terrible incident involving the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission). FWC officers arrived at a reptile facility and forcefully killed 29 reticulated pythons, 5 Burmese pythons, and 1 pregnant Boa constrictor.

It brings mammals, and frogs in profusion, and reptiles, and insects. It was the perfect experience, the guide had astonishing eyes and found things we would have passed over if we had been alone. It’s hard to know how to predict how a spotlighting experience is going to go. Or nothing big at least. So many insects.
