Someone told me how to make cabbits could it be true?

So I don't know if this is true but someone told me him and his friend used to breed cabbits by getting a cat pregnant by another cat because "they're most fertile after they're already pregnant" and putting it in a cage with a male rabbit, could this be possible/true?
