I have gown up with a lot more dogs then cats and say I lean against more of a cat person not saying that I still do like dogs, but I have grown to not like them as much if there not trained. Personally ig it depends on how the animal behaves I’m 95-100% more of a horse person my self or cow. Probably the same with cats.

First time volunteering at an animal shelter and nervous

I am starting my training tomorrow to work as a medical/kennel assistant volunteer at the dog wing of my local animal shelter. I am worried about interacting with a high energy dog that wants to run out of his kennel the minute he gets a chance lol. I was so excited but now I’m extremely nervous.
