Is There Danger of Elitism in the Animal Rights Movement?

Critter News

This post is inspired by a thought-provoking piece on the Provoked blog (clearly a good name for a blog!) I found a link to them on ANIMAL's blog (ANIMAL is a Portuguese animal rights group.) These scientists are NOT an animal rights group. They do support some animal-based studies (which sucks); HOWEVER, they acknowledge that much animal research is useless.
