The Arkansas state legislature recently adopted a law that will expand veterinary technician specialists’ (VTS) scope of practice. Another bill still under consideration would dilute the educational background required for veterinary technicians to qualify for licensure.

If it passes, San Francisco residents would have to go to a shelter or rescue group to adopt an animal. I can't believe the pet industry would allow such legislation without a fight. Tags: california san francisco legislation pets. Sounds good, but I just don't believe this will pass.
