I'm not a fan of zoos on principle. But I know there are good zoos and bad zoos. Unfortunately I think there are way more bad zoos than good ones. But even for a bad zoo, this is awful. Examples like Franklin Park's just create cynics among us. Tags: zoos Massachusetts economics Boston.
