I need help regarding a possible bite from a stray.

Reddit Animals

So my group stopped at a nearby restaurant in Romania to eat something. There were 2 seeming "strays"(I am not sure both seemed quite well fed and groomed but they stayed in the smoke zone of the restaurant) pups which I begun petting because in my country, there is little to no stray dogs.

Baby skunk update

Reddit Animals

I was heartbroken because I thought one was orphaned but now that they travel as a group, I'm less upset. I won't try to grab them, but I look out for them and chase the stray cats away. The city won't remove them because they're not vicious or rabid. I'm not as crazy as I sound.
