Long 'nosed' tan fish on Canary Islands

And with me being absolutely obsessed with animals, i was looking to see if i could see any fish non-stop during lunch. It looked like a mix between a sawfish/-shark and a goblin shark because it had this long snout. I deeply remember seeing a pretty large tan/light brown looking fish swimming by.

How do massive sea creatures jump so high out of the water

Like I get the general idea of how they do it but it seems absolutely incredible that animals as massive as Great white Sharks, Orca's and even some of the bigger whales manage to launch their entire bodies several feet or even much more above the surface. And I'm talking specifically about the bigger animals.
