Humane treatment runs counter to the entire industry when the point is to make money by processing these animals as fast as possible. Most animals in the U.S. This is really interesting. "Earthlings" is a film about animal abuse narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. I've never watched it, but heard it talked about on a vegan podcast.
