I’m not going to try to explain why people are fascinated by hawks; human-to-avian psychology is not my specialty. Some of these, such as a birder’s experience finding White-tailed Hawks by driving towards the smoke plumes of a local fire, are charming. It’s a Bald Eagle, a hawk. They are a great addition.
