There are countless CDs and downloads and books, but MyYogaOnline is not only convenient (as in, you don't have to leave the house), but it is also very inexpensive to join (and you can view sample videos free of charge), and the videos are beautifully produced. I sometimes experience despair thinking about all of the suffering.

I don't frequently use photos, I rarely use video, and my posts are often long. If I had it all to do again, I'd do a video blog and I'd get at least proficient at the technical aspects. I understand the impulse to do " something " that alters the number of animals created to be used and killed and the suffering of the ones created.

Before I go further I should, of course, introduce my two teammates who suffered with me the torments of hours on bicycle seats and hard plastic kayaks. Next we stopped by The Beanery where an extremely distant singing Veery at the limits of the human ear was the only new bird to grace our list. They were close to shore and awesome.

But if a video must be made (and I realize this video wasn't made in the US, but we have the same issues here) to get people thinking about stray dogs as deserving of a life free of persecution and suffering at the hands of others, what hope is there for cows and other animals we have deemed "food?".

As reported in the AP story, two styles of Sean John jackets—one a hooded snorkel style, the other a classic version—were originally advertised as faux fur, but an investigation by the Humane Society of the United States [ HSUS ] found that the jackets were made from dog fur. Documentary video reveals that this does not kill the dogs.
