The monkeys made sense; many species of apes and monkeys are adaptable to many climates and are similar to humans in terms of anatomy. When I say animals, I was thinking more of large mammals (elephants, buffalo, cheetahs etc…) but other animals are welcome except for obviously domesticated ones. The giraffes did not.

Humans have always classified organisms in a variety of ways, depending on need. In other words, you can’t say something like, “humans, gorillas, chimps, and bonobos are all in the same family and equally related to each other.” Some sort of ancient fish-with-feet is the ancestors of humans.

I usually do not write about nationalists, mammals, Donald Trump, and leaf warblers (well, I guess I sometimes do) – but I will make an exception for the Yellow-Browed Warbler … … and the Dusky Warbler. Red-billed Blue Magpies are occasionally eaten by snub-nosed monkeys.
