So as the title says, there are a couple of coyotes in my neighborhood they are not very big but they can be very annoying and scary due to my dog being small and a meal to them. My dad’s called animal control and I don’t think they will come so our only solution is for my dad to walk her while I carry a piece of wood.

I've heard someone saw some coyotes about a year ago but I haven't seen or heard them. And I could even see that being the case even with the lack of consumption as I've known cats that killed for sport but didn't eat the prey. And I have found one small dead garden snake in the street. Maybe some kind of grackle?

They are all wonderful people and they are all animal lovers. But I’ve learned we love animals in very different ways. I have a dog, cats (domestic and feral), birds raccoons, hawks, owls, coyotes, foxes, bunnies and mice…they all share the yard and the woods. Are we going to put out food for coyotes?
