New England Reptile Distributers just released a video explaining a terrible incident involving the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission). FWC officers arrived at a reptile facility and forcefully killed 29 reticulated pythons, 5 Burmese pythons, and 1 pregnant Boa constrictor.

I like it for its easily recognizable vocalizations which eBird describes as follows: “Raucous, with a diverse repertoire; squawks and chatters loudly, but also whistles tunefully” Frankly, the Brown-chested Jungle Flycatcher ( video ) does not look like much – but it is rare at Nanhui and listed as Vulnerable.

The wolves suffer needlessly because hunters simply wound them more often then not firing from an airplane. Here is a video from Defenders of Wildlife that shows the method (it's under 3 minutes). Doing it from low flying aircraft, however, is just barbaric. This is what Palin has pushed for.

His work is the foundation of the Macaulay Library video collection. In the grand scheme of things, this is just a small town and only one person was killed due to injuries suffered. There were 23 cows killed; some had to be shot up in trees where they were stuck. But this also struck me in other ways.

We all thought the kindest approach would be to end her suffering, but then…she raised her head and looked directly at me. But in birds they eat living tissue, and once they are internal will kill the patient. Once you watch this video , you’ll want to vote for her every day. She was found again, but it was a sad time.

I don't frequently use photos, I rarely use video, and my posts are often long. If I had it all to do again, I'd do a video blog and I'd get at least proficient at the technical aspects. I understand the impulse to do " something " that alters the number of animals created to be used and killed and the suffering of the ones created.

Remarkably, this growing colony suffered severe losses from a leopard that habitually came down from the mountains to feast on the easy penguin snacks. In recent years on two subsequent December nights, this single leopard killed 65 penguins, only feasting on a small percentage of the carcasses.
