Like my human scent wouldn’t affect the relationship with the mom? Like deer, seals, squirrels, foxes, raccoon, beavers, birds, rabbits etc submitted by /u/InternationalPay1357 [link] [comments] This is probably a dumb question but what wild animals can I pet like if I ran into a baby one?

There are many tales of a Tufted Titmouse taking hair from humans to use as nest-lining material. Watching a titmouse take hairs from a human is something I have always longed to see but I never considered how cool it might be to see a titmouse take hair from another creature.

That’s an old wives’ tale that says bird won’t take care of a baby bird with a human smell on it–not true at all. Wildlife rehabbers are good, but what human can teach where to flip the best leaves to look for grubby larvae? What human can point out a fox hidden nearby and how to avoid it?

Everyone talks about human rights and there exists so many groups that are either governmental or non-governmental who work toward that cause. In the Far East they keep birds of prey which they use to capture other animals such as foxes and rabbits. He is also the Vice-President of the Honduran Ornithological Association.

In the mid 1700s, fur-traders began introducing foxes up and down the Aleutian chain, in order to generate some more raw material work with. The foxes wreaked havoc on nesting birds, and island by island the geese disappeared, until it seemed that they were gone for good. It was thought of as a wonder-chemical, with no ill effects.
