Watching Humboldt seabirds on the cold waters off the coast of South America , I noticed that of them dive for their fish/food. Small birds will take shallow dives with little or no head start (terns and some gulls) whereas other will take impressive head starts for deeper dives and generally larger fish.

I lowkey want to combine phylum and kingdom, but dont know if this is a good method and wouldnt know what to call it, the phylum replacement would look something like this: Mammals, Reptiles, Fish, Amphibians, Birds, Arthropods (i feel like this would cover all of the necessary animals, i could also include other types of invertebrates, but idk) Also (..)

This new analysis again suggested that Snowy Owls (and the fascinating fish-owls ) are embedded within the eagle-owl complex. In fact, in 2009, Wink et al. So I wasn’t aware there was any controversy about the matter, until I saw a passage in a new monograph on the bird, The Snowy Owl , by Eugene Potapov and Richard Sale.

Reading the title, I feared you had succumbed to the “hook & bullet&# lifestyle of the Rockies and now carried a very, very big-calibered gun with you.
