It is an eye-opening experience to view a familiar place from a new perspective.

Call and transport the bird to a bird rehabber ASAP. Wild bird rehabilitators want bird parents to feed their own babies. After all, “Mother knows best.”

That’s a threatened habitat, and one much sought after by wildlife enthusiasts. Rather than the usual dismal waiting area there were comfortable seats and drinks, and when our transports arrived, we were placed in two large four wheel drives rather than one, so that we wouldn’t feel cramped. A tick is a tick. And wine.
