This is not about financial constraints, rather, it stems from the emotional strain of dealing with a dog's health issues. She says that she is very depressed (she is just angry of the dog licks the paws). I help with the dogs care and I try my best to encourage her that the fungus is getting better.

Choosing to adopt a dog rather than get one at the pet store (or what some like to refer to as “puppy mill”) is a beautiful thing—essentially you are saving a poor pup from euthanasia and you’re providing a an animal with a good home. Will there be someone at home to watch the dog while you’re away?
