It may be as sick as deliberately targeting an endangered species for death. That’s what you do with other game, right? Why not just shoot the biggest one?

In the morning, still sleepy, we enter the jungle, where a sounder of Indian Boars (a long-maned subspecies Sus scrofa cristatus ) is watching us, standing among the first trees, right next to the road.
