I am puzzled as to why Gulls and Terns are almost passed over, with less than two pages of text devoted to a family description and only six species accounts (four gulls, two terns). Family follows family with no page break, making this section a little dense. and three of the nine woodpeckers illustrated.

Best Bird of the Weekend (Last of March 2015)
