The only place (outside England) where I have seen wild Fallow Deer in Europe is in Spain’s Coto Doñana, where they are numerous. I’ve had many sightings of Nutria (we call them Coypu) in Europe, where this South American animal is now widespread. A few are easy, such as the Egyptian Fruit Bat, the largest bat we have in Europe.

Lion – much easier to see than an Aardvark In contrast to East Africa, encounters with mammals while out birding in Europe are relatively few. Over the years, though, I have enjoyed a number of memorable mammal sightings in Europe. Otters may be widespread in Europe, but they are usually elusive and difficult to see.

I don't see what they get out of it, unless they want to impress Europe, which has already banned seal products. Russia has been the biggest market for the Canadian seal fur industry. And harp seals are the prime source of that fur. Excerpted from the Globe and Mail.

According to a communique received by Bite Back , they did this in protest of Max Mara's use of furs. Max Mara has long been the target of anti-fur activists in Europe and around the world. Tags: fur ALF. ALF activists in Polanco Mexico bombed a Max Mara clothing shop. Max Mara is an Italian fashion house.

Originally restricted to Africa, it is now also well-established in parts of Europe and South Africa. One being that the name is based on the bird’s soft feathers with a texture similar to a mouse’s fur. Cute looks and adaptability as a cage bird conferring an evolutionary advantage.

The only mammals of the day were feral Nutrias (Coypus), aquatic rodents originally from southern South America released from the bankrupt fur-farms and well established here. In this light, all beaks are dark! We counted more than 35 of them, relaxed and fearless, clearly not hunted.
