Gullmania in Costa Rica

Our own version of Gullmania began with the first documented sighting of a Heerman’s Gull. I’ll be looking for them, transporting myself via telescope way out over the waves of the gulf. That’s why, as of late, the most heavily visited birding hotspot in Costa Rica has been the busy port town of Puntarenas.

Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

I’ve even been reaching out to shelters of north to see if they work with any shelters in the Houston for transporting animals to their shelters up north. I will be able to provide all of the documentation if we surrender her to a shelter or an individual. No one is taking any animals at this time. So far no luck.

I usually end the day watching the sunset underneath the buttresses of the mediaeval Ram Fortress (cover photo), mentioned for the first time in a historical document from the year 1128.
