CAT They have both been around cats, one was always great with cats until one scratched him, he’s been scared since and doesn’t do well with them. Do you think it’s a possibility of slowly reintroducing these dogs to living with a cat? The other is perfectly fine. And if so any tips on how to do that?

These people seem to not realize expecting a snake to beat a mongoose is like expecting a pit bull to beat a lion. Or expecting your feisty cat to be able to fight off a German Sheperd. Not the mongoose. It would take a miracle for a snake to kill a mongoose. Or expecting the Zulu to beat the British. Yes, I get it.

One day while I was volunteering I met a little pit bull puppy who was recovering from a spaying. I had a couple of dogs when I was a kid, but I mostly grew up with cats. I have a lot of patience with cats. I don't believe that any cat is unadoptable, even feral cats. To me, that means a lot.

My hands-on experience is with small mammals/critters and cats. I remember posting last summer about an abused pit bull mother who was euthanized by our animal shelter for being food-aggressive. I don't know much about dogs other than what I read.

This includes horses, cats and cows. However, I have to disagree with page 78's: "Will a cat comfort you when you are sad? My experience says otherwise (particularly with my childhood kitty, Brady), but generally speaking Masson's depiction of cats is accurate. And he details why. He might, but I would not count on it."

Canned dog/cat food. - Doggy bags (can also be used for cat litter clean-up). If you have cats, consider turning on the faucet so a soft steady drip is present. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, etc.) Recommended items for a kit include: - Leash. Collapsible water/food bowl. Pet toy. - Pet blanket. Cloth towel.
