In the light of the moon I did see a bat and I was also surprised to see a firefly, which seemed really odd considering it is already October. They came up to the platform a couple at a time to check out the view and we shared our optics and showed them dolphins offshore, an Osprey eating a fish, and variety of other cool sights.
