She’d stand there and pee down her leg right in front of us, couldn’t control her bowels or bladder. I ended up taking her to the vet thinking it was an anxiety issue. We have been trying for two years to get her into the shelter because we are at our wits end and don’t know what to do. Every shelter we check is full.

I volunteer for a local animal rescue so I took the dog off her hands, but since this dog hasn’t had medical care, he can’t yet be housed in a shelter as it could put both him and the other animals at risk. I can’t put him in my home because I already have a dog and a cat.
