I was thinking about the Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary calendar of rescued animals photographed by Deb Durant that's on my refrigerator. It's on the refrigerator, but when you open the refrigerator door you'll see nothing that came from the animals in the calendar. People flock to photos and calendars on refrigerators.

If any "drastic measures" are employed, they are to remove animals from suffering, not to impose our dietary choices on others.

I am a vegan who has adopted a diabetic greyhound who eats vegan food ( Natural Balance ), and who is adopting a boy from Russia. At least she eats vegan food, I tell myself.
