Tigers have 423 Lions have 230-240 Cheetas have 244 Leopards have 250 I feel like I'm going crazy. It came up in conversation with a friend and I've tried every variation on "how many bones does a Jaguar/s skeleteon/Panthera onca etc have" in google and I keep finding absolutely nothing online.

Animal experts descended for investigations of their own, and employee morale sank to an all- time low. The lion house, which provided sleeping cages for all the zoo's big cats, was shut down. It's a long list.

Most gallingly of all, I had actually stood next to someone that saw one, jumping into a tree to escape a Tiger of all things, and failed to see it. The only exceptions to this are the Lions , which are spectacularly unconcerned by people, and, to a lesser extent, Cheetahs. What an animal! Leopards were problem species for me.

It’s all very well to advocate the should that tigers should not be poached from a reserve in India. It may not be the preferred solution for many, but it works.
