After he had reached the high tundra and was approximately 10 km away from the car with no shelter in sight, it started to rain. First time left Bandon Oregon late morning. Next day from Corvallis, Oregon. It started to rain very, very heavily. The bird in question? A Fork-tailed Flycatcher. Destination: Ilwaco, Washington.
