Neighbor A’s private property and peace of mind are both suffering because of the cats, which are killing government-protected species. Outdoor/feral cat people are bullies who prey on people unable to fight back, just as their cats do with birds.

Humans, and the rats, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, snakes, mosquitos and disease they bring with them have wiped out species after species on islands. The wren’s existence as known to humans was all too brief. Gone forever.
