Some employees from firms in Britain, France, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland had "puppy killer" and "scum" daubed on their houses. From Reuters.

Luckily, here in America we follow the American Model of wildlife management where the animals and fishes are managed for the good of the public and not owned by landowners as is the case in Great Britain and much of the rest of Europe. Do away with hunters and allow If you want less hunting in your culture, I suggest France.

Another paper featuring Eurasian Woodcocks was published in the rather pompously titled “Science of The Total Environment” (you can sort of imagine a fanatic leader asking an audience of scientists whether they want the “total environment”). I am not sure I understand the logic of this, but I guess evolution does.
