And apart from local people, primate researchers sometimes spot it, but it is a species seen by fewer than ten living birders. Not to mention, its brilliantly bulbous crimson throat, bloated during breeding season must be a sight! Jean Loscalzo is a penguin buff (Can you blame her?) and would love to watch Rockhopper Penguins. The Magnificent Frigatebird is the bird I would want to see.
