Perhaps in my December posts on birding Colombian Amazonia ? Driving with open windows (to hear the birds) becomes unbearable and I am heading out of this fish farm.

There can be quite a gap between the early birds and the late brooders. It is possible that some birds were attempting a second brood after losing their first.
