Duck Stamps and the Best National Wildlife Refuges for Birding

In June, the 2018-2019 Federal Duck Stamp was released. Birders have been encouraged by the American Birding Association and others to buy Federal Duck Stamps. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has published a list of NWRs that have been created or expanded with Duck Stamp funds. Senators, and two U.S. Representatives.

There is a small Federal Reserve, set aside on the white sandy beach near San Jose Del Cabo, in order to protect the nesting Least Terns. We have a small resident population of Black-bellied Whistling Ducks. While in Kodiak Alaska, I did get a few very nice Kodiak Grizzly Bear shots.
