Ocala, Florida This is Sassy she had been brought into a local vet's office in Georgia, the owner wanted to euthanize her due to just not wanting Sassy anymore, due to owner being pregnant, that's it nothing else! Well the vet refused to euthanize a healthy dog. Sassy was posted on reddit & found a home.

The best dog grooming is normally achieved by following a vet’s recommendations. Medium-haired dogs require weekly brushing only, while short-haired breeds raise almost no problems in terms of brushing. Special shampoos are used depending on the case, and on occasion, the vet may have to give some recommendations too.

This summer Lisa raised three orphaned Common Ravens. They were not aware of wildlife laws, and thought they could raise and release them. We took her to the vet and put her on medication, and somehow she pulled through. It’s been quite an adventure raising and releasing them, and I’ve learned so much.

The DDF will be raising $20,000 for the training and care of a service dog (including medical bills, training and food) which will be donated to one lucky war vet from the FSD group. DDF will raise the money for the service dog by raffling off a used Jeep that features a custom paint job and custom parts.

A mobile vet unit was able to tranquilize her, clean her wounds, and extract the spear. Orphan infant elephants are a challenge to raise because they remain fully dependent on their mother’s milk for the first two years of life and partially so until the age of four.
