Several members of the Audubon Society said the plan fails to answer questions about how cats will be managed and what rights neighbors will have if the cats become a nuisance. But it’s something in the right direction.”. First amendment rights?

She came from another shelter as a stray, had been abused, was very skinny, and she was extremely shy and afraid of everyone. She then lies down right beside me. We especially love playing in the snow, which we get lots of here in Minnesota! We stayed like that with Angel right by him until the police and ambulance got there.

It really depends on where the strays and vagrants show up in the second half of the year. But even after all that, you’d still be nearly 25 species shy of the record, and the difference has to come from chasing strays and vagrants when and where they show up. Do you plan to make runs at Spruce Grouse and Gray Partridge ?

And, in a tree off to the right in that direction, I noticed a mass of stuff that resembled a Bald Eagle’s nest as much as any mass of stuff ever could, but of course, it was not a bald eagle nest. I live near a highway. All winter, I almost never went west on that road, only east, but a couple of times I did go west.
